We accept NO responsibility for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error.
The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by rcroll.com.
User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturers' guidelines.
Rcroll.com DOES NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. Please contact the Customer Service Department within 7 days at: email@example.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization to return the defective item for a replacement. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA.
All returns need to be evaluated by a Certified RC Helicopter Technician. If after the evaluation it is determined that the item in question has a manufacturers defect, in most cases you will be compensated for the return shipping.
We reserves the right to return the defected merchandise back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form.
We DO NOT allow exchange defected items for different items or models.
Customers must check the merchandise and ensure it is no defect before signet on the receipt. If there is any problem, please refuse to receive it with the refusing reason on the receipt and ask the shipping man to return it back immediately. For EMS, They can deliver it back without charge.
Return & Exchange：
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Rcroll.com within 30 days of receipt. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping merchandise back to us. Return or exchange must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA. All returns must (NO EXCEPTIONS) be accompanied by an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, customers must agree to the following upon shipping merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We do not responsible for lost packages.
4) We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise must be in Brand New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.
7) All returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Missing / Received Wrong Item in Order:
Please contact the Customer Service Department immediately through our live help or email for receiving the order.
Before you place the order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If you have to change your shipping address after the order is placed, please contact us through Email or Telephone within 3 hours. Otherwise, we will ship your package to the address you provide to us. We take no responsibility for delivery to the wrong place you provide to us.
Note: Customers must inform Rcroll.com of any order discrepancy within 7-10 days from receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
